We hope you enjoyed taking a break last week (the weather was lovely!) and you are ready for learning in Summer term!

These are your spellings for this week!
Can you read them?
Can you spell them?
Can you use them in a sentence?
Can you find the word meaning in a dictionary (
Kids Online Dictionary).

Try to practice them every day!
Remember that Dr Chip is hosting daily online STEM activities that you can join in with from home. Tune in   here  every day  @ 10:00am.   Also   Joe Wicks is hosting   PE at Home  every day at 9:00am. This is a great way to keep active in your own living room.

Keep an eye out for English, Maths and Topic learning for the week!

Yesterday you recapped writing lists for Jack, Jack's mum and the Giant. Today you are going to apply your knowledge to write your own lists.

Make sure you include ALL the  information needed for your lists to be the best they can be! Can you make them even better? Maybe you can add adjectives or adverbs?

Here is this weeks first English activity. We are revisiting how to use commas in a list. Example: At the shop Mrs Pearce needs to buy a newspaper,  a bottle of juice, a bunch of bananas and two light bulbs.
REMEMBER to stretch yourself and choose the activity you think will  challenge you. You DON'T have to complete all three!
