In Science we have been learning about exercise and how it keeps us healthy. We've discussed how exercise makes our hearts beat faster to pump blood around our bodies. As a class we listed lots of different ways to exercise including: running, jumping, skipping, weight lifting, star jumps, push ups, press ups and yoga.
We made an exercise video to show different ways we can exercise to stay healthy. We hope you enjoy it!
