Hi guys, 
Last week we looked at  Palm Sunday. This week  we are going to look at Maundy Thursday.     Read the power point and answer the questions below.

Why did Jesus wash his disciples'  feet?

Read the  short text below in blue. The day  after Jesus said these words, he was crucified(put to death on a cross). Read the words carefully. 

After they had eaten, Jesus took a piece of bread and broke it. ‘This bread is a symbol of my body, which is going to be broken.’

Then, he took a cup of wine and said ‘This wine is a symbol of my blood.’

Do you think what Jesus said means that he knew he was going to be killed and that it was  part of God's plan?
