So if you were called Sam, you could find, soap, an apple and a mat.

You should practice counting forwards and backwards every day.
Can you use your numeral cards and put them into order from 1 to 20?
Look at Habeeba, she has ordered her numeral cards.
If you don’t have any card, why don’t you make your very own set? You can use an old cardboard box? Cut it up into squares and write the numeral on them. Have a look at mine.
What you’ll need:
I’ve used an old lasagne box. Cut them out into rectangles. You may need to ask for help here.
Look at my box. Can you notice any numerals? What numerals do you recognise?
Does your box have any numerals?
I have put mine in groups of 10 like our 10 frame. Then it’s easy to count in 5’s.
Can you do the same?
