A big well done to everyone who has been given  a reading certificate this week, some of you are doing a great job and have had a certificate each week!
Keep up the good work, we are very proud of you all.
I am really sorry but I can't correct the dates on the certificates (technology is not my friend).

Remember - if  you are reading a book on Bug Club  you must click on the aliens and do the activity.  If it does not ask you to rate the book with faces at the end then you have missed something in the book.  Mrs Kendall will not know you have read the book unless you do the alien activities.

Reminder - the next two weeks are holidays.  So relax, enjoy being at home and only if you choose to look at past blogs and complete some activities.  See you all in two weeks!

Star of the week
A big well done to Fatimah and  Azan for all of their work at home.  Watch the video below to see what special message your teacher has this week.

Good morning everyone,
Welcome to the EYFS blog with this weeks activities.  We hope you have had a lovely week.  We loved all of the pictures and videos we were sent this week.

Here are the activities for this week and they are all based on one of our stories, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, where you can pick as many activities as you feel you can do this week.  The activities will suit all children and cover all areas of the EYFS .

We have attached images above for you to use as examples, below are links to stories, songs and activities, then at the bottom of the blog are any files you might need to download or use to guide the learning.
All of the EYFS teachers have contributed different ideas and so please share with us either by commenting on the blog or sending us an email and then we can celebrate your pictures at the end of the week.
We will continue to have an activity that focuses on communication as well as the Friday celebration blog.

Remember to  watch  phonics everyday by clicking    here.  We have been very pleased with the work we have seen so far.
9:30am or 12:30pm  - Set 1 (all reception and nursery)
10am or 1pm - Set 2 (most reception)
Also log in to your   Bug Club  to read one of your books. Tell us about the books you have been reading.

Good morning everyone,
We hope you are having a wonderful week so far.  We are glad the sunshine is back, are you?  Many of you have had a visit from a teacher at school this week, Mrs Kendall was very happy to see lots of smiley faces when she came to some of your houses.
As a note to parents, most of our activities are play based and if you have found your child has really enjoyed an activity then please revisit it.
We've got some activities that should keep you busy today and get you moving.
So at 9am you can start the day with some exercise with Joe Wicks, just click here .  Or warm up with  Andy's Wild Workout  and tell us which animals you pretended to be today.

Remember to  watch today's session of phonics by clicking    here.  We have been very pleased with the work we have seen so far.
9:30am or 12:30pm  - Set 1 (all reception and nursery)
10am or 1pm - Set 2 (most reception)
Also log in to your   Bug Club  to read one of your books. Tell us about the books you have been reading.
Mrs Kendall will be logging on to Bug Club and will be seeing who reads books each week.  If you read 3 books in a week I will send you a reading certificate.  Well done to those who got their certificate last week, Mrs Kendall got lots of emails to say you were pleased with them.
