Tell us about the books you have been reading. Mrs Kendall will be logging on to Bug Club and will be seeing who reads books each week. If you read 3 books in a week I will send you a reading certificate. Also, today Dr.Chip is making some boats. So click here to join him at 10am and find out how to make your own rainbow at home. You will need a small bottle with the lid, scissors, blue tac or plasticine and some baking soda and vinegar or an Alka Seltzer. Literacy activity Teddy Bears Picnic! Can you and your family set up a Teddy Bears Picnic? This could be done indoors or outdoors. You can choose any food you like. Can you say why you chose that food? What drinks will you have? Who came to the party? Did you invite your brothers or sisters? How many Teddies or Dolls came? What did you enjoy the most? Please send any photographs through to your teacher via email. If you do not have any, get a piece of paper and fold it into 2. Write 1-6 on each side. Roll the 2 dice. How many are on each? Which amount is more? Can you add them together? If you do not have a dice, can you get some paper and fold it in 2. Write numerals 1-6 in each column. If you roll 4 and 2-How many will you have? See if you can play this game.
