Conducting a metre of 3 form Mr R

Watch the movie below.   Try to conduct a metre of 3. This is also known as three, four time  in music. When you have   achieved conducting a metre of three,   sing along with the audio  whilst continuing to  conduct a metre of three  just using your hand ;you obviously won't be able to say 1,2,3 but you will  be able to feel the groove.
