Good Morning Year 3!
We hope you have had a good day with your home learning. Remember you can email us if you are unsure about anything.

9.00 am - Let's start the day by focusing  on our well being  !
Follow the link below to get active with The Body Coach- Joe Wick's live workout.
Workout

9.30  - Spellings
From the spelling lists attached on the previous 'Home learning' blog. You and either a parent or older sibling need to choose 5 words each and  play bingo.
To do this take it in turns to read out one of your words and the other person has to spell it correctly for them to be able to cross it off.

10.00 am -  Dr Chip's Daily Dose
Join Dr Chip for your daily dose of Computing, Science and Engineering!
Daily Dose !

10.45 - English and Maths
English
Today you will be editing your instructions. Read through your work and check for:
Spelling mistakes, capital letters and full stops.
Does your work make sense? Read each sentence carefully. Can you pick a sentence and improve it?

Maths
White Rose Hub are adding home learning opportunities to their website  every week. This will include video tutorials and worksheets to use.
This week Year 3 are learning about unit and non unit fractions.
Please complete Lesson 2.

1.00 pm -Reading
Using the book you read yesterday, can you write down some questions you would like to ask?
For example in The Witches, why did the witches only want to turn children into mice? How come there was no male witches?

1.30 - Wider   Curriculum
History- Stone Age
Can you make a family tree like we did  when we looked at ancestry?

Please leave a comment  to let us know how you got on !
See you all tomorrow!
