Last week we discussed how amazing we are and the special skills we have.
This week we are going to think about how to make ourselves feel good and calm, especially in these strange times when we are not at school!
Think about the things that keep you healthy physically, like fruit, vegetables and exercise and things that keep you mentally healthy, like deep breathing, listening to music or going for a walk. Look at the power point first.
