PHSE - Worries

13/7/2020

Hello Year 3,
This is the last PHSE post before the summer holidays!
Last week we discussed strong emotions and thought about what made us angry  and how we could calm ourselves down.
This week we will be looking at what our worries are and how we can deal with them. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we  all have had a lot more worries than usual  and it can be difficult to talk about our  problems. Not being able to go to school and talk to friends and teachers has made our worries even harder to deal with. After reading the story on the power point, you can make your own 'Worry Box' and write down some of your worries to put inside.
During the summer holidays I want you to think about your own health and well-being  and keep a diary about how you are managing healthy eating, exercise and how you are dealing with your worries.
Don't forget to email me your work at:
[email protected]
Have a lovely break, see you soon!
