If you are not in the Green   Zone  what tool would you   like to use?
Has  that helped?

When you are in the Green Zone   you are ready  to learn!

Challenge

Ask at least two more people in your family   how  they are feeling today.
Ask them what  colour zone they are in.
If they are not in the green zone   ask them what tool they would like to use.
Ask them if they are  now in the   green zone.
