Mr. P. Hughes - Executive Head Teacher

Picture
My name is Mr. Hughes and I am the Executive Headteacher of North Manchester Primary Federation.  In my role, I oversee the learning of all our pupils, the development of our staff and the purposeful opportunities for collaboration that being part of a Federation brings.

The children, parents and staff at Crumpsall Lane are fantastic and I’ve loved getting to know them all over the last few years, in my previous role as Associate Headteacher. Having also worked at Crab Lane Primary School since 2004, I am very proud to be leading school improvement across the North Manchester Primary Federation.

We have lots of exciting school improvement developments taking place this year and beyond, in order to provide the children of Crumpsall Lane with the best possible education.

I live in Manchester and love travelling.  I have visited many different European cities over the years and in my opinion nothing beats the hustle and bustle of city life!

Mrs. J. Fairclough - Head of School

Picture
Hi, my name is Mrs Fairclough and I started teaching at Crumpsall Lane in April 2015.  From being a small child I always wanted to teach and have worked in schools across Salford, from Nursery to Year 4.
I am the Head of School   so get to work with lots of different classes across our school.
I have two boys and I am considered both a Super Hero and Football Expert amongst my friends!

Mrs. E. Williams - Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo

Picture
I have worked at Crumpsall Lane since 2009 and have  had the privilege of working in every year group!  I am very proud to be a part of this school and its community. I  really enjoy meeting ex pupils and hearing about how they have gone on to do wonderful things.  I am English leader and SENDCo, which means I get to work  with lots of your children.
Reading is one of my favourite things to do and it fills me with joy when I see our pupils talking about books and enjoying reading.  I have a  season ticket for Manchester City and go to each home game with my husband and daughter.  I also love to travel; Sydney and New York being my favourite places so far!
