At Crumpsall Lane we think it is important that children have a say in their learning and that their opinions and views are listened to and acted upon.
In line with this we have a school learning council. Each class vote for their learning councillors and two children are selected from each class. As part of their responsibilities our learning councillors hold class councils where they ask their classmates for 2 stars (things that they really like about their learning) and 2 wishes (2 things they would like to improve about their learning). We then have meetings roughly every 2 weeks to review the children's feedback. They even have the opportunity to quiz the senior leadership!
