Good morning children!
It is a beautiful, sunny day and we hope everyone continues to keep safe and well.

These are the learning activities we want you to complete today in addition to english, maths and a wider curriculum subject in the afternoon:

1. The Joe Wicks’ work out which will be shown on his you tube channel.  The work out starts at 9am and lasts for 30 minutes.  Click on this link to take part in his work out:https://www.youtube.com/user/thebodycoach1

2. From 9.30 – 10.00 am, we want you to practice your spellings.  The spelling lists were uploaded on a blog post dated 20/3/20.  We suggest that you practise ten spellings each day (start on step 5).  Remember to use the ‘Look, say, cover, write, check’ method to remember the spellings.

3. From 10.00 – 10.15 am, Dr Chipindall will doing ‘live’ teaching of computing, science or engineering.  Go to the following blog page to take part in this learning:https://drchips.weebly.com/

4. Straight after lunch, we want you to do some reading for half an hour.  Read your book or online text to an experienced reader (this could be your mum, dad, carer, brother, sister or any other relative).  While you are reading, ask the person who is listening to you read to ask you questions about the book/text.  We uploaded reading questions in a blog post yesterday.  If you have any questions about the learning activities then please email your teacher at:

Hi Hamzah,

Please don't send me your work unless I ask you to. The problem is that I won't know if you've done the work independently or not. Mr Ahmed-Swift has been setting the maths work this week. I will ask him if the answers are available. I am really pleased you are doing the work on the blog. Great effort Hamzah!
