We hope you have had a restful weekend  !
 Today is  Monday .
What did you do yesterday?
Tomorrow  will be    Tuesday.

Let's check in first

Picture
How are you feeling this morning?
What colour Zone are you   in?
Do   you know why  you feel like this ?
If you are not in the Green   Zone  what tool would you   like to use?
Has  that helped?

When you are in the Green Zone   you are ready  to learn!

Challenge

Ask at least two more people in your family   how  they are feeling today.
Ask them what  colour zone they are in.
If they are not in the green zone   ask them what tool they would like to use.
Ask them if they are  now in the   green zone.

Get Moving

This week we are   going to get moving   with the Learning Station
The first song is  Boom Chick Boom
You can choose one more   dance   with your family.
