You have all been busy and we have loved hearing from you!

Let's check in first
Picture
How are you feeling this morning?
What colour Zone are you   in?
Do   you know why  you feel like
this ?

If you are not in the Green   Zone  what tool would you   like to use?
Has  that helped?

When you are in the Green Zone   you are                                                                                                                                ready  to learn!

Challenge

Ask at least two more people in your family   how  they are feeling today.
Ask them what  colour zone they are in.
If they are not in the green zone   ask them what tool they would like to use.
Ask them if they are  now in the   green zone.

  • Look out for our any special friends - more than one letter   that makes one sound
  • First read the word using    Fred in your Head
  • Next  your grown up will say the word
  • Use Fred Fingers to count    the sounds

If you have a printer, ask your adult to print 2 copies of the colouring sheet.
One sheet is for you to colour and the second sheet is for your adult to read the instructions.
Top tips
Listen and look for the special words (keywords) in the pictures.
Wait till your grown up has finished the instruction before you do the instruction.
Say the instruction 'out loud'.
Have fun everyone!

Ladybird Challenge

My niece  has been busy  learning at home in Scotland because  her school is   closed .
She has been   looking at our blog and   she decided to   draw a ladybird and then she made a model of  a  lady bird  as well.
What  do you think   of  her   work?

Challenge

This   weekend  we would like you  to   try and do  some recycling .
We want you to  collect   some   boxes and   tubes  for a   special   challenge next week.
Picture

Maths Challenge

We would like  you to  look for  anything  with spots     in  your house.
How many   items can you find?
Are they  clothes?
Is   it a  toy?
Or even  furniture?
What shape is a spot?
How many circles can you see?
Look around the house and   send us your   pictures to the blog.

Weekend Kindness Challenge

  •  Make your brother or sister’s bed for them.
  •  Clear the table after dinner without being asked.
  •  Send a letter to your grandma or granddad, or a relative you don’t see very often. Write it by hand, not on the computer!
  •  Read your little brother or sister a bedtime story.
  •  Feed your pet or clean out their cage without having to be told.
How many of these kind acts will do this weekend?
