Hello everyone,
It has been the start of Ramadam this week and we would like to say Ramadam Mubarak to all those that are celebrating.
The weather might be changing this week so we are hoping you have had some time outside and that you have been getting some fresh air on your daily exercise.   Let us know how you have been keeping healthy by emailing your class teacher -

Mrs Kendall - rl@crumpsall.manchester.sch.uk
Miss Syme - rc@crumpsall.manchester.sch.uk

Some activities for the day to keep you busy...
So to keep you active at 9am you can start the day with some exercise with Joe Wicks.  Just click   here  to get moving.   We also have the link here  for  Andy from CBBC  with Andy's Wild Workout.

Please can you all stay up to date with your phonics.  This is super important for your reading and writing.  To watch today's session click   here.
9:30am or 12:30pm  - Set 1 (all reception and nursery)
10am or 1pm - Set 2 (most reception)

Don't forget to also  log in   to Bug Club and read at least one book each day.

Today you can also Cook with Theo, on today's show you will be able to learn how to make a curry.  Click here for the link to all of the ingredients you will need.

Literacy activity
Let’s go outside and have some fun!
Using any washing liquids, bubble bath, shampoo etc, can you make bubbles?
Can you tell a grown up what you might need to make bubbles?
Here is a recipe to help you.
Bubble mixture
Makes 350ml
Prep 5 minutes
  • 50ml washing-up liquid (one part)
  • 300ml water (six parts)
1. Measure the washing-up liquid into a container.
2. Slowly add in the water, being careful not to create too many bubbles at this stage. Gently stir the mixture together to combine – a chopstick is perfect for this.
3. If you can, let the bubble mixture rest before using it, as it will make your bubbles even better.
4. When you’re ready, dip your bubble wand into the mixture and start blowing bubbles!
Homemade bubble wands
If you don’t have a wand from a store-bought pot of bubbles, don’t despair! You can have fun by looking for different items around the house that can be used to make bubbles. Here are some ideas to get you started:
  • Paperclips – bend them into wands or use as they are
  • Straws
  • Biscuit cutters
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Fly swatters

Numeracy activity
Let's start with a dance that repeats just like a pattern. Click on the link for Banana  Banana Meatball.
See if you can complete the 5 patterns below
Challenge: See if you can make your own using shapes
